• 12-Tank Pretreatment System
A thorough dip and spray pretreatment process that deeply cleanses and purifies the vehicle body for optimal paint adhesion.
• Japanese Paka Thin Film Phosphating Primer
High-performance phosphating primer applied to enhance corrosion resistance and surface preparation.
• PPG Cathodic Electrocoating (USA)
Full-body anti-corrosion protection using premium PPG cathodic electrocoating technology from the United States.
• Weld Sealing & PVC Anti-Vibration Glue
Complete weld sealing combined with PVC anti-vibration glue application to improve structural integrity and reduce noise.
• Primer to Topcoat Process
A seamless, multi-layer painting process covering primer, mid-coat, solid colors, and metallic topcoats in one continuous flow.

• Imported Yaskawa Robots from Japan

• Enclosed Automated Spraying

Technology
In terms of manufacturing, Joylong has four complete production processes: Pressing, welding, painting and final assembly. Each production process has a complete and flexible production line configuration, there are semi-automatic and automatic welding production lines, spray workshops, final assembly and testing lines, to meet various products and customer needs.

Four press lines are equipped with 24 sets press machine ranging from 63t to 2000t

Welding Workshop
Body assembly welding lines are completed by the German import KUKA robot.

Painting Workshop
Floating coat, top coat are completed by imported automatic robot, precision processing.

Assembly Workshop
The production line adopts fully automatic assembly line, according to the modular assembly form.
